Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 05-10-2013
There were a total of 25 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 5 October, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 1 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Ernakulam that is 10 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Kerala tops the list with 10 companies. As far as districts are concerned Ernakulam had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 5 companies on 5 October, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ahmedabad that is 1 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Gujarat tops the list with 1 LLPs.
