Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 06-10-2012
There were a total of 23 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 6 October, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Jaipur that is 10 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Rajasthan tops the list with 10 companies. As far as districts are concerned Jaipur had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 8 companies on 6 October, 2012
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Chennai that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Tamil Nadu tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Chennai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 1 LLPs on 6 October, 2012
