Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 08-07-2013
There were a total of 321 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 8 July, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 22 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kanpur that is 62 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Uttar Pradesh tops the list with 62 companies. As far as districts are concerned Pune had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 23 companies on 8 July, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Bangalore that is 5 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Karnataka tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 5 LLPs on 8 July, 2013
