Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 09-01-2012
There were a total of 308 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 9 January, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 16 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata that is 113 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, West Bengal tops the list with 113 companies. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 91 companies on 9 January, 2012
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Chandigarh had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 9 January, 2012
