Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 09-02-2015
There were a total of 265 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 9 February, 2015 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 49 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 65 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 52 companies. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 16 companies on 9 February, 2015
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Kolkata that is 10 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, West Bengal tops the list with 10 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 10 LLPs on 9 February, 2015
