Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 10-09-2009
There were a total of 262 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 10 September, 2009 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai that is 40 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 40 companies. As far as districts are concerned Mandi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 32 companies on 10 September, 2009
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned New Delhi had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 1 LLPs on 10 September, 2009
