Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 10-12-2012
There were a total of 348 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 10 December, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 20 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 108 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 85 companies. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 27 companies on 10 December, 2012
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Pune that is 8 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 10 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Pune had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 8 LLPs on 10 December, 2012
