Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 11-03-2020

There were a total of 237 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 11 March, 2020 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 81 on the same day.

Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 37 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 40 companies. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 16 companies on 11 March, 2020

If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Kolkata that is 22 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 22 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 19 LLPs on 11 March, 2020
