Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 12-04-2013
There were a total of 314 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 12 April, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 12 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Hyderabad that is 45 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Telangana tops the list with 41 companies. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 29 companies on 12 April, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Kolkata that is 5 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, West Bengal tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 5 LLPs on 12 April, 2013
