Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 12-08-2009
There were a total of 305 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 12 August, 2009 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 1 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 68 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 64 companies. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 27 companies on 12 August, 2009
