Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 15-03-2013
There were a total of 383 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 15 March, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 27 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 75 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 65 companies. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 37 companies on 15 March, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ahmedabad that is 6 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 7 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Ahmedabad had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 5 LLPs on 15 March, 2013
