Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 18-05-2013
There were a total of 193 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 18 May, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 144 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 123 companies. As far as districts are concerned South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 38 companies on 18 May, 2013
