Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 18-07-2011
There were a total of 353 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 18 July, 2011 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 36 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata that is 73 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 77 companies. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 44 companies on 18 July, 2011
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 12 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 14 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 7 LLPs on 18 July, 2011
