Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 18-07-2013
There were a total of 135 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 18 July, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 29 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai that is 31 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 37 companies. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 23 companies on 18 July, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 21 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 22 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 9 LLPs on 18 July, 2013
