Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 22-03-2019

There were a total of 326 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 22 March, 2019 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 81 on the same day.

Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 58 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 52 companies. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 18 companies on 22 March, 2019

If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 19 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 25 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 13 LLPs on 22 March, 2019
