Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 22-12-2012
There were a total of 65 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 22 December, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 2 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Chennai that is 33 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Tamil Nadu tops the list with 33 companies.
