Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 23-09-2023

There were a total of 135 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 23 September, 2023 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 55 on the same day.

Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 21 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 25 companies. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 12 companies on 23 September, 2023

If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 9 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 15 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Pune had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 9 LLPs on 23 September, 2023
