Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 23-11-2013
There were a total of 390 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 23 November, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 5 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 336 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 279 companies. As far as districts are concerned South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 79 companies on 23 November, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 4 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Haryana tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Gurugram had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 23 November, 2013
