Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 25-05-2013
There were a total of 222 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 25 May, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 12 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 118 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 94 companies. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 24 companies on 25 May, 2013
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 9 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 7 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Central Delhi had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 25 May, 2013
