Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 26-02-2015
There were a total of 356 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 26 February, 2015 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 99 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 123 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 104 companies. As far as districts are concerned South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 31 companies on 26 February, 2015
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 20 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 21 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 19 LLPs on 26 February, 2015
