Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 28-07-2012
There were a total of 80 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 28 July, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 6 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 49 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 42 companies. As far as districts are concerned East Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 10 companies on 28 July, 2012
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Uttar Pradesh tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Gurugram had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 28 July, 2012
