Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 28-10-2009
There were a total of 194 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 28 October, 2009 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 6 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 33 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 31 companies. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 23 companies on 28 October, 2009
