Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 28-10-2014

There were a total of 332 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 28 October, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 77 on the same day.

Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata that is 68 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, West Bengal tops the list with 67 companies. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 34 companies on 28 October, 2014

If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Kolkata that is 38 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, West Bengal tops the list with 38 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Kolkata had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 34 LLPs on 28 October, 2014
