Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 28-11-2015
There were a total of 66 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 28 November, 2015 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 33 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi that is 54 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 42 companies. As far as districts are concerned South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 12 companies on 28 November, 2015
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Hyderabad that is 19 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Telangana tops the list with 19 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 15 LLPs on 28 November, 2015
