Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 28-12-2012
There were a total of 251 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 28 December, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 39 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoC's in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Hyderabad that is 37 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 58 companies. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of companies registered, a total of 24 companies on 28 December, 2012
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 12 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 16 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 9 LLPs on 28 December, 2012
